please note the character of bamboo, bamboo is very soft and smooth. so it is very easy to have the snag problem during washing, touch some sharp things. this make the quality not good once thread come out.
soft is important but durable is also important.
so we must find a workable composition to make it soft and durable.
actually commonly the product with mixed composition with diffierent functional fibers will make the product with best characters such as soft and durable together.
For the bamboo hooded towel,
commonly we produce hooded towel with bamboo terry fabric.
Material: 92%bamboo8%micro fiber. The skin touch part yarn is 100% bamboo so it is very soft, absorption and breathable... and there is 8% micro fiber in the terry base which will make the hooded towel very durable. with about 10 years production experience, our bamboo hooded towel composition and construction are the best to gurantee the best bamboo quality and durable hooded towel.
we once make the hooded towel with bamboo or bamboo cotton, it will have the snag problem. easy took the thread out during washing...
so finally we developed a special terry construction, please note the construction photo. it is called warp knitted terry.

we make 400gsm and 500gsm as regular weight, 500gsm is already quite thick and welcome for EU and USA markets.

regular size is 75cm*75cm, 90cm*90cm, or 75*100/120cm for different designs. we make cuostmized production as per the designs.
Package: color based on MOQ 500PCS in one design one color.
Color: most we make are natural white. which is most welcome color. and it is also ok to make cusotmized colors.
Logo: it is ok to make customized embroidery logo on the hooded towel.
Wash tag: it is ok to make cuosmtsized wash tag.Printed tag(cotton printed and polyester printed) and woven tag.
